India rejected the Court of Arbitration's order on the Indus Waters Treaty. The Hague court asked for logbooks from Indian hydro plants, but India says the court has no jurisdiction.
India put the treaty in abeyance in April 2025 after a terror attack. New Delhi calls the court "illegal" and will not join hearings.
