Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad has opened a state-of-the-art Stem Cell Centre of Excellence to expand affordable regenerative medicine and research.
The new stem cell laboratory, developed with US‑linked biotech firm Tulsi Therapeutics, will focus on stem cell and exosome therapies for conditions like cancers, blood disorders and degenerative diseases. Telangana health minister C Damodar Raja Narasimha inaugurated the facility, stressing access for economically weaker patients through lower-cost advanced treatments.

মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের সাথে যুক্ত বায়োটেক সংস্থা তুলসী থেরাপিউটিকসের সহযোগিতায় নির্মিত এই নতুন স্টেম সেল গবেষণাগারটি ক্যান্সার, রক্তের রোগ এবং ডিজেনারেটিভ রোগের মতো অবস্থার জন্য স্টেম সেল এবং এক্সোসোম থেরাপির উপর মনোযোগ দেবে। তেলেঙ্গানার স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী সি দামোদর রাজা নরসিংহ এই কেন্দ্রটির উদ্বোধন করেন এবং কম খরচে উন্নত চিকিৎসার মাধ্যমে অর্থনৈতিকভাবে দুর্বল রোগীদের জন্য চিকিৎসার সুযোগ নিশ্চিত করার ওপর জোর দেন।
