India's Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has launched the country's first national counter-terrorism policy and strategy, 'PRAHAAR'.
'PRAHAAR' means "Strike." The policy is built upon seven key pillars:
1) Prevention of terrorist attacks
2) Rapid and appropriate response
3) Enhancement of the capabilities of security and intelligence agencies
4) Human rights-compliant operations
5) Countering extremism and radicalism
6) Strengthening international cooperation
7) Social resilience and recovery
ভারতের The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) দেশের প্রথম জাতীয় সন্ত্রাসবিরোধী নীতি ও কৌশল ‘PRAHAAR’ চালু করেছে।
‘PRAHAAR’ অর্থ “আঘাত”। নীতিটি সাতটি মূল স্তম্ভের ওপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি—
১) সন্ত্রাসী হামলা প্রতিরোধ
২) দ্রুত ও যথাযথ প্রতিক্রিয়া
৩) নিরাপত্তা ও গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি
৪) মানবাধিকারসম্মত অভিযান
৫) উগ্রপন্থা ও মৌলবাদ রোধ
৬) আন্তর্জাতিক সহযোগিতা জোরদার
৭) সামাজিক স্থিতিস্থাপকতা ও পুনরুদ্ধার
